On the sofa, watching the TV

As about the books, about TV series, I see many passing in my hands. But few really get my attention at this time.

In In Treatment, I love the challenge of the concept: the private practice of a therapist, the therapist, his patients. Nothing else. Just dialogs, reactions, emotions, pauses, silences, reflections, faces’ expressions. And however, how intense are these exchanges behind closed doors (we say “huis clos” in French). Just after a session you stay as the therapist: alone, breathing, debriefing, thinking: “Ouf! I was so much into it”. Amazing.

On another side, this is series. Some characters [Happily!] are just as it needs: accentuated, to appear more attractive. There are cross relationships between some patients. The therapist has an old friend who is his own therapist. We attend to the other side of the session: the therapists’ back office.

This represents a real performance for the actors: Close-up layout on their faces. A large range of emotions and reaction from one minute to another. It needs a total commitment.

Stop talking, just let’s have look.

PS. I love the generic, minimalist and thus... beautiful

Design

This empty space needs to be furnished.
I have done this virtual shopping digging up some objects just for fun .
Quite expensive. But Who cares ... Isn't beautiful?

Calanques

Take your car old boy with a CD case and go away, run to the Great Blue. Blue and Light are the best spirit cleaners ever. Even if this Sun (of a b#~@*) stay shy and hidden. You will feel gooood!
Won't you?

Limestone rocks landscape are always spectacular, very eroded. Limestone is easily dissolved by water. And limestone is made from marine organism’s vestiges: shells, coral, and aquatic animal’s bones which had been deposited during millions years on oceans floor. Hard to figure out how some high landscapes around us where thousand and thousand years before the ocean floor. However, that’s it!

In the 9th urban district of Marseille, a big city (one million of residents) seaside Blue coast in France, there is a large wide and desert area of limestone rocks extends for 20 km in length and 4 km, culminating up to 600 meters and falling down to Mediterranean sea.

« Les Calanques » are like miniature fjords made by Mediterranean Sea eroding limestone rocks. The white colour of the stone mixed with the blue of the sea give this emerald, luminous green in low depth zones.

This had been a very wide area with just some fish boat and fishermen. Then it had been explored by divers, then rock climbers, trekkers and finally by tourists. During the last 20 years much arson destroyed this fragile area. Now the area is restricted and totally closed during summer.

Oh! Yes I did!

Damned Relationship

"-On va arrêter cette chose-là, ... cette espèce de relation merdeuse à la petite semaine. On va arrêter tout cela. ça changera pas grand chose mais ce sera clair au moins.
-Cette relation ...merdeuse ?
-C'est une image.
-Oui, c'est une image forte.
-Cette relation à la con, si tu préfères.
-Ben oui. À la limite... je préfère."
